I completed my 100 day challenge and I failed. I failed to stick to the criteria of non processed foods by the letter of the law. I had a couple of pizzas, some beer and an ice cream while on holiday in lake Como. On the plus side though even though I failed I still generated some positive results: I lost about 12 kg of body fat. I no longer desire carbs in the same way I used to. I arrived at 17% body fat. It's still not at the 10% target but a lot better than the 30% fat when I started.
So what did I learn?Simply that you can succeed even when you fail. If you raise standards you will make progress and finally that perfection or an 'all or nothing' approach is not essential. Progress is infinitely more important than perfection.
Good luck on your own weight loss journey. 👍
