What I help with

Find the pattern that keeps tripping you up

Most people who struggle with their weight already know what to eat. What gets in the way is usually one or two patterns that keep repeating: the evening snacking, the comfort eating, the second helping. Pick the one that sounds most like you, or take the free suitability test to find out whether hypnotherapy is likely to help.

Many people find that once they can see their own pattern clearly, changing it feels far less like a fight.

Something else?

If your situation doesn’t fit neatly into any of these, that’s normal. Most people have a mix, and it doesn’t mean you’re a lost cause. Book a consultation call and tell me what’s going on. If hypnotherapy isn’t the right fit, I’ll say so.

I’m Adam Cox, a clinical hypnotherapist with 17 years in practice and post-graduate qualifications in clinical hypnotherapy. I also host The Hypnotist podcast, which has passed 20 million downloads.

If you’re eating very little, making yourself sick, or feel your eating is out of your control, please speak to your GP, or contact Beat, the UK eating disorder charity, on 0808 801 0677. These are signs that need proper support, and I’ll always tell you if hypnotherapy isn’t the right first step.
